Shipping Policy
At THRFT, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. We offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping, which takes 3-5 business days, and Expedited Shipping, which takes 1-3 business days. The rates are $5.99 for Standard Shipping and $12.99 for Expedited Shipping, with free Standard Shipping on orders over $55. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Return & Exchange Policy
At THRFT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you can return it within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, you can do so within 15 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service team at [padillajeff.30@gmail.com]. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Pack the item securely, attach the return label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping facility. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
